Testing - Sale of the month - Myspace - Network

This is a test of the waters to see what interest there is and if my
expectations are realistic.

I have a myspace network of sites. Five (5) alltogether.

Two of them do not refer or use myspace in their URLs and they earn
the most money.

These are the stats from the 1st of Septermmber till today of earnings
via Yahoo.

Sub-totals: 146543 213 $41.48

Sub-totals: 1509849 1508 $420.40

The site with the much higher impressions and income is hitting on the
SERPs for some nice keyword terms to drive the impressions you see.

I am not using any paid advertising to generate these revenues.

You will need a dedicated server.

Included are three other low earning myspace support sites which have
myspace in the URL in some form or other. These three sites also make
about $5.00 per day but I am not including them in the valutation of
this...I just want to give them over as added incentive to a
prospective buyer as well to make the total package I am offering.

In addition I have 8 myspace profiles that will be included in the
sale. All have changeable email address.

They have the following

None of these profiles has used any robotic methods of adding friends.
They are all done naturally. I post responses to comments and sent
once a week bulletins out.

The stats of the websites for sale show profile
comments drove traffic to the site much better compared to the
bulletins I have done or paid others to send to their friends.

I do not cut corners or do things artificially. I have built a
completely self sustaining myspace network, that will bring the next
owner revenues month after month while doing nothing but sleeping.

Why I am selling.

I own a car and moved to the mountains of north central Pennsylvania
about 2 months ago. As I sit here it has been on my mind it's going to
snow a hell of a lot and I need a 4 by 4.

I am currently debt free in life, no credit cars no loans and as such
do not want to finance a new truck note, so I am looking to buy
something used cash, and I am interested in purchasing another website
and would like some funds for that as well.

4 of the sites revenues are YPN, with one of the small sites in
Adsense.

There has been some SEO done to the sites and at the right purchase
price I am willing to fine tune things as well.

Full support will be given including free push of all domains
(multiple registars) as well as after sale support.

For proof of revenues for serious minded buyers I will download
reports from Yahoo and send them over to your email for analysis.

I can also provide screen shots for site stats if there is serious
interest.

I do have a reserve in mind.

Yes I think thats an accurate.

Each of the sites has some value, as do each of the myspace profiles and the rankings and past work done.

I do realize most are going to use the 10 to 12 months X revenues but there is more here than a single website that is typically sold so thats why I feel I can lean towards two years revenues for the sale of the network.

Also since there are no expenses other than dedicated hosting to earn revenues thats a bonus....

Given that for the most part no real work is involved, I thinkthat's an added bonus too.

 

Has your rev through Yahoo not gone down during the last week ? I know mine thats on my MySpace sites has gone down over 50% cause of lower payout from Yahoo.

Last week my sites were down some in ecpm I would say 10% to 20%..

So far since Friday I have a 20% swing up...

I am using Ad targeting on some of the sites with some nice success.... I am using the entertainment ads for concerts tickets music etc.

In business not related to this sale I am using the real estate ads for my real estate directory http://www.estate-zone.com but I think the color selection is wrong for the site and need to play some.

And no matter what ....it still kicks Googles Adcentless penny per click payouts

Since you asked for my thoughts in in the PM...
I think 10X would be appropriate for this since they are MySpace sites. I know myspace have been actively pursuing domain owners with "MySpace" in the url, I am thinking (my predictions) they will be introducing their own layouts and resource section soon.
A little too much than I may want to spend, any chance of you splitting up the network for easier sales. Thanks in advance.

NOTE - The middle of September I was testing between Adsense & YPN for site1 which is the strongest producer as you can see.

I have not included the adsense revenues from that time ..if the value of the site cannot be seen by whats presented, I do not think Adsense earnings will make anyone smarter.
