Remote upload from HF is temporarily not available, sorry for that. The reason is limitations they set up for file upload from their service. We will keep you informed about HF upload.

There is no remote upload from letitbit available (with their premium account). You can try to use direct links to letitbit files and use simple remote upload. However please note that letitibit set up some restrictions for uploading files from their service to ours one. We contacted them and tried to improve the situation however did not face any cooperation from their side unfortunately.

Yes, at the moment remote upload from HF and DF requires premium accounts at their services. The reason is once again in restrictions they set up for uploading files from them. So there is nothing we can do here at the moment. Still for RS and MU you do not need premium accounts (if you have one at our service).

I can see you have several login attempts today from different countries. Nothing was done to your account on purpose. Please contact our support team and clarify the situation for them, they will help you. Thank you.

    I have a little question:

In some cases I upload a file of 4 parts.

The problem is that I only get downloads for the First or Second file.

    Something like:

    File.part1 - 50 Downloads
    File.part2 - 20 Downloads
    File.part3 - 5 Dwls
    File.part4 - 3 Dwls.

That is very wierd. The only reason i can find is the "limit per ip per file". But I dont know exacly how you cont this.

If someone download 10 diferent files from my links in 24hs I get 10 downloads? or just 1?.

(Sorry about my english, hope you understand)

If a user downloads 10 different files from your account within 24 hours, that will be counted as 10 downloads, and you will be paid for 10 downloads.

As for low download amount of 3rd and 4th parts - that may be caused to different reasons. We from our side don't have fixed limit of file downloads per day for users, this limitation depends on servers load, day time, etc.

Uploading should remove the limitation of disk space! I think all uploaders need unlimited space!

We believe you can hardly find a file hosting that would provide unlimited disk space forever. Can you imagine how many files (including files that noone needs anymore) then each file hosting would store, and how many servers that would be? Actually, that is reasonable to remove the files that are not popular anymore, we believe, you would agree with us.

@above - fair enough delete files that aint been downloaded in a while - but why limit the amount we upload? surely the more files you host the more customers you get.

megashares seem to do fine with unlimited storage of stupidly big files.

Actually a necessity to limit account space is provided by common sense. What is more, according to our experience, our partners have enough space for their files, and we do not receive complaints about this subject. Also, we can make exclusion for the partners who have good productivity and really need more space.

I am sorry, do you work with us and somehow have not enough space for your files? Once again, our partners have enough space for their files, and if they need more, we always consider such cases closely.
