    It is Saturday. Although, staff can pop in from time to time, the odds are against you that FSn staff will actually see your post before Monday. A better chance at response would probably be to go to the site itself and submit a bug report. Good luck.

    Hm, i`ve sent a PM to Hish. Somehow my account got under investigation or something like that - i`ve got .fraudcontrol after my email and paypal mail field is resetted. The anti-fraud system caught something fishy. And, ofc, i have no idea why. What can go wrong if i don`t download my own files :confused: I just checked if the captcha and the timer worked on some occasional complaints of not working download links. If there is some outside abuse.. how can i protect from that? Also do i have to keep FS links up if the account is in that state? It`s confusing :(

    When files get deleted due to copyright.. do we still receive emails for it? because many of my files appear to be deleted and I didnt get any emails about it saying its because of copyright or anything like I used to..

    as every weekend something doesn't work... RU down since this morning

    I suggest them to put an advise on their website with working days: Monday-Friday (During weekend the service is not guaranteed)
    It would be more honest ;)

    weekends is the most important days of the week, most of the downloaders were at home taking a week off so filesonic staff should be present. for 320 pages of the thread the only present during the weekends were the uploaders trying to promote filesonic and hoping to have sales. its ok for filesonic staff to call it a week but they should see to it that they have working site. sales during weekends is supposed to be doubled but what is happening now sales is even half or worst no sales

    Guys, remote upload is having a bit of difficulties, and stats have a bit of lag. But everything is working fine. Users are able to download and your earnings will not be affected.

    I will let you know when we have an update on stats or RU.

    That is about files NOT DOWNLOADED for over than 30 days or just for every file 30 day old/uploaded 30 days ago (no matter of downloads or sales)? Very important for me.

    The file manager is not working properly either. You make a copy of a file and then try to move it to a folder and it doesn't go anywhere. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Not reliable.

    You'll notice there is no guarantee that popular files will remain for free users longer than 30 days. The deletion process is automated, so you can either take a chance your files will not be deleted after 30 days as a free user or you can upgrade to premium and avoid such worries for a measly $5/month. Can you guess which I recommend? ;-)

    I'm not able to download at all right now. Suddenly broke a couple of downloads, and I suspect I'll eventually get a timeout, but now I'm in limbo.

    I take that back, it may be a problem with a single server, 'cause other links work.

    Yes 5 USD is not much, but I thought that rule is only for files without downloads (during last 30 days of course). Maybe FileSonic Team will consider someday 500GB of storage for free users instead of this?
