dear admin , i am not website owner , i just uploaded files and i want to share my files as premium only
i clicked edit button , and i see , (Name , Description , Folder , Password ) i dont see Premium option
previously , there was a Premium option , am i wrong ?

 

In the last few days, My stats is low.

Today i found that most files(uploaded in last few days through ftp) become 0 byte.

I think it is the reason for low stat.

Hi, I'm sorry if this has been addressed already, but I'm having a problem with the site. I'm a premium member, but it keeps saying,

"Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email."

For some reason, when I use "Forgot Password" function, it does send me an email for the password reset. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance =]

Why is the system not recognizing premium members today? It keeps saying you need to register as premium even though already signed up. Can't download as a premium member for some reason.

Also are stats frozen again?

On Sep 29th I uploaded a particular file.
That file produced 2 premium sales of 90 days (one sale on Sep 30th and one sale on Oct 6th).
Yesterday and today I got 3 refunds for the same file (1 yesterday and 2 today almost immediately after each other).

2 sales and 3 refunds for one and the same file seems a bit odd to me. I lost money just because I uploaded that file.
Is somebody able to explain this to me?

(I've sent a PM to hish 6 hours ago but he hasn't been online since)
