hello, I'm kinda new to filesonic and I wanted to ask something: when a file is reported, does the uploader receive a message from filesonic or do they automatically delete it ? thanks ..... and yes, premium users can't download anything today, admin please fix it

 

There is no notification anymore. This notification in Sharingmatrix worked very well, this notification in FileSonic worked poorly for some time, but now there is nothing.
This issue often returns in the discussions here, but has never picked up by one of the Filesonic staff members, not even if you send this question by PM to them. They might have something to hide regarding this issue?

 

filesonic should pay attention to this download manager/accelerator problem, dont wait for them to update their programs bec they dont earns from minor updates. either contact them or provide a basic download accelerator this is what premium users are paying for

 

Ok what im saying is probably bullshit but having their servers in Hong Kong probably make them to not care so much about complaints regarding what is uploaded.... as long as it's not a message from Al Qaeda or some FBI secret dossier

You probably understood my reply incorrectly. Filesonic still deletes reported files, but they don't notify the affiliates anymore by email. The deletion still goes on, but the notification went down.

 

Do u have to be a premium to get paid? Also isn`t today a payment day because i don`t see any currency movement.

I think that was his lame idea of humor, bustxpress. You're quite right. FileSonic needs to resume notification. Unless I missed it, no one from FSn has commented on this here even though the topic has been broached numerous times.

 

While I would second the suggestion to add a FSn downloader, the "dont wait for them to update their programs bec they dont earns from minor updates" comment is not quite accurate. JDownloader, for one, updates at least weekly, and more frequently as needed (visit their site and take a look at their changelog). After FSn introduced the new download module, JDownloader had a release within 48 hrs. As far as the suggestion to "contact them", it is somewhat unnecessary. IDM, JDowndloader, etc. constantly monitor the filehosts. Whether they are responsive or not is unfortunately entirely up to them and FileSonic can do little about it besides releasing their own downloader.

 

AlertPay is not an option. If you look back in the thread, you'll see they are not accepting new partnerships with filehosts.
