Look at this, it's my case:
Update (2pm EST): We have received a few emails from users that say their earnings (the sum at the top of the page) are now $1.00 or $0.00. We are looking into this problem, but we want to assure you, that statistics are correct and you should rely on the ones inside "My Earnings" and "My Statistics". We are working to solve this.

 

I think azeaze is a spammer from competitor (possible from another FS). reported to mod already.

edit: everything's work fine for me now. notice loading page and web remote upload speed are improved...well done!

I also noticed my earning were at 0 this afternoon but after clearing my cookies back to normal

 

RickyFS, just FYI, my earnings were at 1.00, go to my account it change to higher earnings amount. However these earnings are NOT updated. They are same earnings as before today, not changed. Something is still wrong for sure. The amount under My Earnings > Downloads and Referrals is not changing or updating either, it is the same as it was when things changed over at midnight.

Just thought you should know as the update said figures in My Earnings are correct which, they are not all.

 

Anyway I'm sure Fileserve will solve this issue in the next hours

 

filesonic better, i thank that fileserve are pay but they now update earnings and they have a lot problems with that, i think that uloading.com and filesonic much better.

 

There are no problems with your earnings. You see the $1 or $0 - What does it matter if you go here: http://fileserve.com/partner-claim.php - Isn't the graph still increasing for you?

These delays are NOT affecting your earnings - The delay was already fixed and is on point tracking right now. When does that sip into the few thick skulls out there? Most people already grasp the idea that they shouldn't be maniacs pressing F5s for an update. We record all your downloads and nothing is lost.

For the $1 and $0 issue...We have techs on it. If they're not able to fix it now, they'll fix it within an appropriate time frame.

No you guys just write FS is a scam I'm leaving, well F*cking leave!! We should be happy that there is someone from the inside who can help us out fast and give us informartion. And I don't want to sound blaze but are most of you guys from third world countrys? Who cashes out when they made 30 $? Just let it grow for a month and then cash out, so you can use that money for the upcoming month. Because there are people who are making a month pay from various hosts so stop bitching about not getting your 30$
