    I think they don't give a F5&# about the accounts they had to migrate from sharingmatrix, it's not worthy for them, they rather loose the client than to try work and fix the problem, They ask over and over again the same questiosn to everyone and go case by case and do not see the problem is global. Its clear to me that they had a security problem so shut down all possible download posibilities but that implied shutting access to many premium user, but prefered taht solution to give access to everyone.
    I prefer a convicted free than a jailed innocent.

    need a quick info:

    what happens if I remove my paypal email from "Payment Number" now?

    Will any of the $15.03 I collected "vanish"? Will it be paid to paypal anyways cause its too late??

    I dont want a payout right now yet.

    2- We're willing to refund you your money if you are entirely unhappy with the service and don't want to give it a chance.

    I have two messages from Filesonic support on my inbox , one asking my ID and googlecontact , the other one asking if I live in the UK.
    I replied with the requested info to them more times than I can remember....
    Of curse I'm not happy with this situation and of curse I want it to give it a chance otherwise I would not spend my precious time on writing on the forum... but how many time do I have to send over and over again the same info.
    Because I do not believe in god but in humankind I will send the info one more time... Keeping the faith !!!!

    That is a poor excuse. My ISP is bethere and I use many other file sharing services, Rapidshare, Megaupload, Hotfile and many others without problem. If you know it does not work with bethere accounts then accepting money for a premium membership from someone who's account originates from a bethere account is tantamount to fraud, as you know in advance you cannot provide the service. I have had no service for 4 months and not a single reply to 10+ e-mails to your support function. It is a shame SharingMatrix worked fine, Filesonic is poor to say the least. Can you at least reply and tell me on who to e-mail to claim monies paid back, as clearly you admit you cannot provide the service paid for.

    Other BeThere users are now able to download as premium. Did you try today?

    Actually, several BeThere users reported issues with MU, and a bunch of others sites. A simple Google search yielded a few examples:

    Accusing us of fraud is just ridiculous when the problem is clearly with your ISP/IWF setup. A few BeThere users have agreed with me in this thread.

    After 4 months of no service and weeks of "I You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download or contact us in case of problem." I am suddenly able to download files using my premium account. I don't hold out much hope for this lasting too long. Support still sucks big time - why publish an e-mail address for support and then not reply to over 10 enquiries in 4 months, plus 4 months money down the tubes. I wouldn't mind if they offered to extend my account for the time I have been unable to use it, but that would be a basic level of customer service they are incapable of understanding. They clearly respond to this forum so they have some capability. I still think they will go bust.

    I'd just been watching Rogue Traders which is a UK show that investigates companies and individuals that advertise a service and fail to deliver service provided. In the UK they call those people Rogue Traders or Fraudsters. I have had no service for about 4 months, and not a single reply to 10 e-mails to your premium support address. What is the excuse for that? You clearly respond on this forum so I just don't understand why you don't respond to your published support address. Temporarily working now, so kudos for that. Please, arrange to extend my account in line with time I have had no service, please, and then I'll apologise and give you a big old hug.

    It is 14:15 in the morning in the UK, and time for my beauty sleep. I don't use instant messenger, but thanks for the offer. Just replying to one of 10 e-mails asking for help, saying "problem is with ISP, we are working on it" would have helped. It is pure luck I found this forum.

    I have send the info with a Private Message, but I noticed that in the Send Item Box, there is no trace of the messages that I send to support... is this normal ..?
    I hope sending messages works.....

    Does The announcement : " Free Users Files will be Deleted after 30 days " applies to 30 days of non activity ...or 30 days from the upload date ???
    Please be specific.

    Also if that's the case , then it would be better to add a last downloaded date column in the File Manager , so that users could be wary of it.
