I want to report a bug.
When I redeem cash for premium "Total Paid in USD" increases by $5.
I think this should not happen.

 

This was about an hour ago so hopefully all is well now. I haven't heard back since. I told them to try again later and that a server was most likely down temporarily. Thanks for the quick response.

 

Where and to who I can send a message for the payment of money, which is not paid during the problems with ePassporte?

This is not a bug. You've redeemed $5, which is the equivalent of getting paid $5.

Finally, thank you so much, webmoney is just so difficult to use with all the installing applications and phone verification that i never recieved and the big minimum amount that you must reach in order to withdraw. here are some trustworthy payment alternative that has proven to work just fine with reasonable fees and also has prepaid cards just like epassport

you can also consider using western union, wire transfer, bank withdraw, and of course set a higher minimum payout for like 200 or 300$ whatever you see is suitable.

You guys really need to understand something simple. What works for you may not work for other affiliates.

- If we stop paying for for 'bad traffic', there will be dozens of others complaining
- If we block JDownloader, there will be dozens more complaining
- If we change to match another host's plan, we will hear complains from hundreds of people.

We maintain that we have the best paying program overall. I am confident that we pay more overall than any host out there. It's impossible to pay everybody according to their requirements. We just can't make the whole planet happy.

As for claiming that there is "no point in long-term cooperation" with us, I assure you that more and more affiliates are joining our program; more and more are seeing their earnings rise; and filesonic as a whole is growing very well.

No issues with S1. Traffic is high and people are downloading fine.

As I mentioned, we are looking into other methods. For those of you who are making payouts over $300, contact Hish to arrange wire transfer.

 

Because I already reply to the question by Filesonic more than 6 times, I posted more than 6 others post explaining THE problem without any explaination or solution.
SO I give up on Filesonic, but becuase I spend money on them, I stil Have the right to B&%%$ about it.
Some other sevices have a refound I wish it could apply to this.
It seems that we are here in Filesonic still in no mans land , western style, were no law or obligations applies.
But what goes around comes around...

 

if download manager take time to update their code, maybe for the meantime you can provide the user a simple download manager just like what RS did. this will help to attract buyers and downloaders.

I have exactly the same problem, I have a premium account and since June my account has worked for no more than 2 weeks in total. I have written to Filesonic support 10 times and never had a single response. After months of not working it recently started working, for a few days, but has stopped again. Whenever I click on a link all I get is "You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download or contact us in case of problem.

I would not hold out hope for them fixing this they are shockingly amateur, and their support is non existent. They will go out of business, no one runs a business like this for vey long and stays solvent. I am pursuing my credit card company for recovery of monies paid.

 

I have a question: now delete files don't send notice email or yahoo server blocking this email address "support@sharingmatrix.com" ?

 

Would it be possible to leave 'payment number' blank, for money to collect on filesonic
and not being paid, due to epassporte collapse, until I can register other payment option?
