Guy sending negative itrader for no reason. Expect serious action

Is there an admin taking care of the fraudulent things happening around?

There is a guy rocafell1 who sent me a negative itrader because I didn't pay him the $3 he expected to receive for 3 articles.

1.Even though I clearly told him to post the sample articles on the website in drafts, he sent the 3 articles to my email, and not posted them directly to the website by adding Title, Category, tags, content, picture etc

2.The articles were not even opened/used/sold etc, so why should I pay for something I didn't use

This is the first time I'm being accused for nothing, so I expect some actions against that guy.

oh, and he also used a very explicit language:

    rocafell1: you are f***er
Sent at 7:07 PM on Thursday
    me: ok
    rocafell1: ok
    great
    f***ing your mother & sister
    1 noght
    me: what's wrong with you?
    rocafell1: night
Sent at 7:13 PM on Thursday

As you had a deal, it wasn't for nothing - I'm not going to judge who did what and I don't believe anyone ever will, too.

he didn't keep his word of posting the first 3 samples on the website, so I should give him a negative itrader for not respecting the deal, correct?

All you can do is nothing but leaving a similar itrader in exchange. I don't think if admin would personally inspect the reasons behind every itrader and determine whether or not it is obvious. IT is not possible anyway.

It's not a must to leave someone a negative iTrader but if you feel harrased by receiving one, well .. the choice is yours.

    iTrader value can't be changed.

it's a matter of respect. I would have paid him $3 only to get lost, but I didn't want to. so if there is no one to make justice here I ll just leave this place.
they don't call you an admin for nothing, do they?

Just noticed the following while giving an itrader to a client. Maybe mod finally started taking some action in this regard.

iTrader can only be given if a transaction took place and money changed hands (or if a transaction was setup to happen and someone backed out). iTrader given for reviews, given when no transaction was setup, etc. will be considered fraudulent and subject your account to immediate termination.

But they DID have a deal. Who cares who was right and who was wrong, that is for these two fools to deal with. That iTrader the OP complains about will not be removed because it is the sellers legitimate rating of working with him. The fact that he does not agree - so what? Who says you have to agree with what everyone thinks of you.

** what nobody seems to be saying though is that you cannot give or receive iTrader for a $3 deal anyway, those belong in freebies. Sounds like both of you were misusing the system. **

As for the other person who says there was an error and he was tagged as the buyer when he was really the seller. That should be fixable.

Mine is different but same feeling as you guyz... I didn't recieve any bad itrader but I'd like to share this for you all to be aware or as a warning. And if anyone can help me about this problem will be appreciated and I'll make a way give you back something make you happy.

Someone refer me to the owner of the site to post... at first he liked it and even told me great job and post as many as i can... so I post as many as i can and notice he start ignoring me when I ask for payment... I always told him that if there are any problem just let me know so I can fix it. but lately I noticed that he already banned me that site and i get nothing but sadness... the owner owe me over 60$. I dont have idea how to sue him since I'm still learning here in dp like newbie.. and I dont want enemy in dp so I only work very well and my goal is to make people who hire me and needs help HAPPY for my work. I really dont deserve it. I already told the one from dp who refer me to this scammer but she ignore me too. hope you understand my english its a bit puzzling but I know your all smart enough to understand. thanks.

are you calling me a fool?? you seem not to understand what the DEAL was about!!!

I clearly told him to post 3 samples of news articles on the website, to see if he got all the points I had highlighted to him, so that he would be hired and paid for his future work.

He then sends 3 shitty articles to my email and asks for $3 payment. And moreover, his articles were not even used.

    What's that hard to understand?

by the way, who did gave admin status to this guy calling the forum's user a fool? I would recommend you to do some business with this guy rocafell1 and after that come and express your worthless point of view, alright?

iTrader should not have been exchanged. I've polished up on the rules as I'm new here, anything below $5 is not eligible for iTrader.
