Making money online can be costly! LOL!

Some of you are just starting on the road of making $$ online. If you are in the US, consider this. In 2008 I made around $19,000 via cj.com and AdSence. Not much. I mean pennies. But still it was comforting to know that I made progress. Guess how much the IRS took back? Close to $4,000! I couldn't believe my eyes when I was told how much I owned when I was filing taxes.

So as I said, making money online is a costly thing!!

Well, if we speak honestly, I've never paid any taxes from what I've earned online - all that because of the situation as in your example.

Those accounts are associated with my SS# and I had no choice. I would pay taxes anyway, what blew me away was how much I owed! What a joke!

I am not earning that much, then I don't have to worry about taxes.

Did you forget to consider that you need to pay taxes based on your earnings online? If yes, it isn't that really costly for you to earn online. Also, if that's the case, for sure your earnings is much bigger than your tax expense.

Well, as for me, I don't really pay tax for my earnings because I'm living in a place that doesn't require me to do so and I'm earning from different money making activity as well.
