    I doubt it, it looks like he won't end up paying as is filing bankruptcy. He'll probably get to keep a lot of his assets that he purchased while he got away with it.

    The famous Russian spammer (can't think of his name right now) was jailed back in the 90's for hijacking computers and sending spam. I think a bil. bucks is way exaggerated. But a $100,000 fine would do.
