How to find the best keywords for my site?

Hi,

I'm having trouble finding the best keywords for my website. Because there are several keywords that can be used.

My website is for real estate in Spain and for people selling en renting houses, just for an example here are a few keywords : property, properties, houses, house, rent, sale, spain, spanish, real estate

But which keywords are the best? I believe there are tools available, I've read something about Wordtracker and Keyword Elite, but both are not cheap. Will these tools help me find the best keywords?

The tool which you suggest above is really very useful. This adword tool is useful to search keywords for related sites.But I want to know that,Is these keywords through adword tools brings or increase the traffic to websites or not...

I also want to know that what does "Global Monthly Searches and Local Monthly Searches" means.I do not understand what does it mean?

Global Monthly Searches means - search volume in whole world
Local Monthly Searches means - search volume in you local area [country you selected]

hi according to me first you have to go on Google Trends and put 4 keywords for comparison. then you would know latest trend in Spain then go google keyword tool and then select appropriate keywords

Google Keyword and Google trends are best tools to choose keywords.

 

Keywords are constant it is not benificial all the time. For better result and to find the best keyword you should simply go with the google search and type a word related to your purpose of search, here you can see many keywords related search then you can take the first one as your keyword.

 

I think in SEO keyword searching is the major backbone of the website and when it is used in Meta tag description then it really the quality of the website and it increases the website traffic....
