    Yes standard rate apply.

    However if you use personal payment then there no fee.

    No, in most of the cases there won't be any fee only if the transaction occurs between the users when both of them are from Indian else there's a fee always.

    indian paypal fee would still apply to it but it is ok if ur partner use payment owen which u no need to pay for it.

    fees applied for send,receive and withdraw are mentioned below i thing this will help you
    Send money : ( Free)
    Withdraw Funds : ( Free for Rs.7,000.00 INR or more, Rs.50.00 INR for Rs.6,999.99 INR or less to bank accounts in India
    Receive payments (Domestic payments (within India):
    2.4% + $0.30 USD to 3.4% + $0.30 USD
    International payments (outside India):
    2.9% + $0.30 USD to 3.9% + $0.30 USD)
    Multiple currency transactions (Exchange rate includes a 2.5% fee*)

    You don't need to pay any fee to transfer paypal to his paypal account.
    Funding Type: Instant Transfer
    Funding Source: BANK

    Options to withdraw funds to bank account in India
    --------------------------------------------------
    Option 1 : Indian paypal users can withdraw funds to bank account in India or to an US bank account. Withdrawing funds to an Indian bank account would take about 5-7 working days, and about 3-4 working days for a bank in the US.

    Option 2 : Paypal users can also request a cheque from PayPal( processing time is 4-6 working days).

    sending money from paypal to india bank.....suggest me..

    total amount in US dollar...$2400(in paypal)
    to india bank(so its above 7000 rs - so no fee)----whats the amount will i got...if the exchange rate is 45 RS(any exchange fee...)


    i also have question....what i want to do to receive more than $2500/ mon in india..........
    how the big site owners earning some $4000 per month transfering amount to india..?

    Suppose you want to transfer $2400 and currently paypal offering around $43.20 so you'll get approx 103680 INR in your indian bank account.

    Regarding your second question you need to show this income in your income tax return and need to pay tax as well after all deductions. Consult any CA near to you for that.

    mass pay would allow them to receive a payment without having to pay a fee. it would save them money, not you!
