Maybe suing them cause ex-vbulletin developers and they know the piece of code? EDIT: I only read about XenForo or vb.org though when i researched a bit and checked their software omg! its excellent
You have absolutly no idea if this is the case or not! I simply asked you if they did, as is alleged by IB, is that being ethical? I have no idea of knowing if they did or did not and will wait for the court decision before passing judgement. If they did steal the code, do you think they should not be punished within the full extent of the law? I would love to know, how you actually know that they did not steal the code?
Probably, There are so so many vBulletin users who are dumping vbulletin so badly in vbulletin.com i visited it after almost a month its all messed people are saying they are moving, Like if XenForo is proved guilty what the license owners gonna do :S
How could they? They've demonstrated that, for example, they have Semantic HTML used. He's demonstrated and has talked about this in several interviews and Youtube videos. I highly doubt you/Internet Brands know what Kier Darby knows. The conversion from vBulletin to IPB is rather incredible. You should have seen The Admin Zone.
