My site is www.themobileinfo.com based on Mobile Phone News Now, First of all, adsense is not accepting all clicks, like everyday there are 10-15 clicks in my site, they take only 1-2 Moreover, they are paying some cents only for that. So How can I improve that ? I have approx 500 visitors daily, 350 from USA, 50-70 From India and rest from UK. Please help me, I am noob on adsense and this is my first site, i have no experience in running a site.

Make a proper keyword research and Soe(on page and off page).This will help you to get more visitors for sure.
Not bad for a first site, and I think you are getting a lot of visitors per day. You should optimize your AD placement and make your site more user frendly. PS.: Forget that custom mouse pointer!
