why not increase premium sales percentage to atleast 30-40% ?

Are you stupid??We made it clear on Rule No 5 that Mirroring sites or users who spread links using multiple file hosting services are not entitled to earn Rewards. So if you post the same file on FileFactory as well as another file hosting site you will be disqualified and banned from participating in our Rewards program.

We don't hide the rules.Please stop misleading the pupils.

@ffs - if I mirror my files will I get paid once or twice? Cause I've heard that many people who actually mirror their files do get paid.

Btw - this rule is idiotic and distracts 80% of people, dont you relise it?

the filefactory is a real thief, he uses people to make money then gives a tip foot.

I have all the evidence of my files, where I issued exclusively from filefactory. and claim that I make a mirror. liars.

Like I've said heaps of times, we dont care if you mirror files - as long as they sell subscriptions which are worth more than we pay them
The problem is not sharing files, we dont care its paying for downloads when the downloaders never buy memberships its only problem.

 

can i make a request to support to delte the files uploaded before 1st september? I think you are not paying for them. Should i send the list or just make a request?

 

You can delete it on your own through filemanager..

We have tens of thousands of active reward-earning members, and we run reports to determine download-to-sale ratios. If you are doing the right thing and you are just unlucky and not generating sales for awhile, you will still be paid, because you're not doing anything wrong. The people who share links between multiple file hosting websites and generate thousands of downloads a day without sales will be detected and their payments will be denied, because they are breaking the Reward program's rules.

Regarding the torrent uploader, we are currently building a new torrent server - we expect this to be completed within the next few hours. The new server is approximitely 8 times as powerful as the old one, and we're hoping this will to a dramatic increase in the speed and reliability of the system. It is using the same code as the old one (with a few modifications) but now that the server is more powerful, any issues relating to the code can actually be fixed.
