    So many people ask about the earning/download decrease problem today

    you should be the one who must your ur brain, do you think downloaders will buy premium accounts without any download manager support. Do you think they will buy premium just to use browser download with 1 connection and if you use download managers you can have 8 or 16 connection

    anyone knows what download manager support filesonic now?

    This is for FileSonic-IT(Champion of the Naaru) and filesonic-support (Twilight Vanquisher ) to which I PM the requiered answer and still haven't got any answer, let alone a solution.

    Can anyone explain how to disable direct downloads as a premium user? I don't want the download to start as soon as I click on a working FS link, I want to be able to turn this off in my settings so that I can choose when to start downloading. In other words, if I close Firefox and then reopen the previous session, every FS link I had opened in tabs will try to download at once.

    I read somewhere that this was an option in premium settings but I can't find it and the FAQ doesn't mention it. Thanks.

    Concerning the FM displaying the number of sales and download, the problem will be fixed today.. It's 1 of our server that was not updated correctly.

    For those users who are asked to login over and over again . . .
    It happened to me too, but every time i managed to sucesfully login by unmarking the "remember me" option.
    You can try this until filesonic team finds the reason why this is happening.

    About the low downloads stats . . .
    I was answered by the suport team that this is because the download managers didn't updated to the filesonic changes.
    Maybe is this, maybe not but my download stats are extremly low compared to 1-2 weeks ago.
    I have 3 times more files posted and my downloads are at about 30%.
    I hopoe this will get to normal soon.
    I have full movies shared into 5-6 101Mb pieces... reading my download stats i can understand that some users only downloaded the first 2 parts, others the first 4 parts, others have only downloaded one part at the middle ( i must say the movie can't be seen if you download all the parts ) so i am wondering why those people only downloaded some parts and not all of them ? Did those users changed their mind and aborted the rest of the files or they downloaded all the parts and filesonic didn't counted...
    At this point i am a bit disoriented but i have faith that things will get better.
    They made huge progress regarding 3-4 weeks ago and i trust them to resolve all the problems.

    Srry for my english but i think all understood what i wanted to say.

    Also I have this problem, and the worst being the low premium rate that is 15 kb, I get this error in many files, I'm happy with filesonic, but I see this problem has a week and they can not solve?

    I also sent email to support filesonic, and never answers, it does not start to like me,
