DOCman Ultimate Download Module helps you listing your DOCman documents in a better way by setting parameters like :

    - Sort by ( date, hits, title ).
    - Order ( ascending, descending ).
    - Show hits beside the title.
    - Select the link ( details, downloads, category )
    - Filter by category ID (New!)

There are a lot of suggestions I can give you, but your question is a little broad, can you be more specific?

Things have been started for a few months on one of my websites which is a maritime community website (I'm sorry not to show you the site since it is sometimes risky to me before Adsense team :D). The way I've been doing is as:
    I installed Joomla.
    I bought JomSocial from http://jomsocial.com
I made there Joomla extensions: JomSocial Adsense Profile Plugin and JomSocial Adsense Revenue Sharing Module and JomSocial Adsense Content Plugin to share Adsense revenue to my authors.

Now, I started to get ~USD300/month from adsense revenue. The income is increasing continuously. I hope to earn $2000/month in the early 2011 :D
