Joint Ventures?

    Me and another person wnat to make are own product and we want everything to be 50/50 how do we set it up ligitly? I dont want to start entil everything is legal and 50/50, any advise? This would be an ebook

    Have a contract drawn up, or buy one from a legal forms store. You could also draw up your own contract, but you have to be very specific and very clear on what you are producing, and on your partnership.

    thanks, that's what i was think, maybe this other person knows how to do this better. I could write something and mail it to him to sign but like you said it would have to be clear. Would a piece of paper really be enough?

    Also is it possible to have joint vetures with affilaite networks?
