if the hdd crashed does it mean our files in that server were lost? but we dont know what server our files located so we dont know which files to reupload if ever you can not get the hdd back

Nope, I'm trying to log in and have the same prob after not only clearing cookies, but after a complete computer re-start. The problem you had with FF last week is repeating itself. IE will open, but FF will not.

 

Good thing I use Google Chrome!

Regarding cookies i already deleted all when this happens butt still facing the problem..

 

all RUed files bigger than 1gb don't transfer to file manager. more than 24hours past

 

Downloading form FS so difficult without using IDM. IDM can't capture links from FS

The waiting time is 30 seconds for the first download, and 10 minutes for the second. How about the third, fourth and fifth download?

 

10 minutes for all downloads after the first for 24hrs. Thus, third, fourth and fifth all wait 10 minutes.

I have to agree. There are definitely problems with RU besides the "queue". I also have files that have yet to transfer to the file manager more that (12) hours after completion. There is a either some poor coding in the new RU module or a bottle neck being created of which you are not aware. It is completely understandable that queues to begin download via RU are going to be longer during high load periods, but there is no reason why the second queue to actually allocate links to those downloaded files is 12, 24, or 48 hours. Either the compiler is freezing and/or you are devoting all computing capacity to downloading files via RU, then very little capacity to generating links to those downloaded files and moving them to the file manager. In any event, the RU module should be re-visited to achieve a better balance instead of ignoring the problem and saying "the queue is long at present". There is no good reason for the queue to generate links to be so much longer than the queue to download unless you're purposely trying to slow transferring files to FileSonic via RU.

I made a RU 14 hours ago, and still not in the FM.
I just made another RU; after 5 seconds the RU was said to be 100% successful. To me, that means that the file has left the download queue after 5 seconds. The problem is in the allocation queue (as banjowood expresses it). To me, the allocation requires less computer capacity than the downloading.
