    Hi guys,

    Location: US

Can ANYONE use clickbank on their site, make sale and get money (comission) in their US bank account ? Or do i have to have a registered company to use clickbank ?

    Let me know. Thanks.

p.s I haven't used Clickbank or anything similar before.

I am not sure what you are asking, but if the question is whether you need to have a business entity to open a Clickbank account and and receive payments, the answer is "no." Clickbank will allow an individual to have an account.

Yes, you are close. I meant if i can use Clickbank on my site without having a business entity in US.
Because i will be receiving money (commission) in my HSBC US checking account, so is that problem if i don't have a business entity and earn from clickbank ?

Thats a more appropriate question of what i need to know. Sorry for not being very clear before.
    Let me know. Thank you.

    He's already answered this.

    Most clickbank affiliates aren't corporations.

I see, Thank you both for the clarifications. Appreciate you input.

    One more question,
I am living outside US at the moment. My family is in New York.
Clickbank will send the pay-checks to that address and they can mail me the check.

So it is possible to cash the check outside US (like google checks) since i have the same bank account title (a local bank) here as well ?

It should be no different than any other check, but depends on your individual bank policy. If they have no problem with a google check, you should be ok.
