Contest New Orleans Saints Logo Contest - $25

I need a nice looking logo for a new blog that is based around the New Orleans Saints NFL football team.

I am not set on colors at the time. I am going to take a nice logo and build the theme around that logo. That said, The team colors are black, gold, and white.

You can incorporate those into the logo to make it look good but if you add in another that looks good then that's fine as well. You should also add the text "Saints Locker Room" <--- without the quotes, somewhere in the logo image.

The size needs to be 960 px X 150 px

I will pay with paypal immediately to the winner.

I am going to set a cap on this contest for 2 days, but I would really like to have a winner by tonight. I will end this contest as soon as someone "blows me away" even if it is within 1 hour. If nothing fits what I want, there will be no winner, but I know there are some great designers here and I know you guys can get the job done. This isn't the first logo contest that I have held here and was happy last time.

ok it doesn't look like there is too much interest. EmG says to have something up this morning or afternoon so I am going ot give this about 10 more hours and if there is still no response then I will close it.

I hope to get a few entries as I don't think this is very hard of a project. Thanks, and I will be waiting.

I do like it. The only thing I can think of is possibly with NO border. I forgot to mention it in my original post but the theme I am using has a built in white border, so take that into consideration. good job though. I like the helmet there on the left, but would like to see how it looks with something else... be creative. could use the Saints Superbowl ring or something like that.

ok, I will leave this open for a couple more hours just to see if anyone else submits an entry. Right now, BrainSurgeon is still in the lead with my favorite.

@EmG - your logo looks good but I'm not too fond of the font or the position of the font. maybe if the font was different and offset to one side with maybe the corner fading down into a white color, something like that. If you can use that as a base and tweak it a bit, I may change my mind.
