I noticed that problem sometime the stats are frozen some hours but when I log in later in my account stats are jumping higher... So I think there no stress to have about that... Downloads are counted...

Sometime it's just your browser caching the web page too...

 

There's a delay in stats right now and they will be catching up to the real figures Please stand by guys. A news will be released sometime later I believe.

 

@RickyFS - I have beed waiting for WebMoney payment since 28th September and its still pending all the time...

Support doesnt respond to my mails at all...

Hi rickyfs i need your help, i have five account on fileserve and i affilate myself, i earn more than 20$ a day, dont worry i use proxy. And now i ask you what pourcentage i win with my auto affilate my fileserve id is kurogeek thx for your help.

longest stats freeze so far I think but I'm not too worry since this is not the first time. I believe they count correctly.

 

Im not worried about the stat freeze - they will fix it - FS is trustworthy enough for me.

 

They issued an official update. Looks like things will be back to normal in a few hours.

why is this always happening every now and then? and our downloads decreases everytime this happens, although its mentioned it wont!
