    Getting about 5 visitors/day.

    Seller is making a stipulation that you have to let him host the site .. beware of a possible scam.. I offered 20 bucks and he accepted and then I told him I did not need hosting and I would just do a DB dump since its the default WP theme .. he replied "then I dont want to sell it" .. he should have supplied that info in his sale.. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME..

    then you should have asked me how to do it .. or found out before you put it up for sale.. its a simple process to save the database and send it by email..

    What's the site?

    Is it hosted on a cpanel account? It takes minutes to get a backup.
