I absolutely hate Webmoney ... it's just pure pointless and entirely complicated!

But, you have to download the software from the official site (which I think is a russian site) and you have to create a new "Purse" - there are a lot of services that offer Credit Card to WebMoney Voucher Codes, but obviously be vigilant and careful.

    Hope that helps,
    Lynn.

Webmoney is very dangerous system to use.
There are hordes of malware and trojans already made that steal your passwords/keys.
Thousands of people fell victim of hackers.
That is due to the fact that webmoney has loose policies on account registration.
And every schoolboy can register, steal money from your account and withdraw them with
    almost no trace.

Use it on your own risk.

And one more thing to note. If you will get hacked teh webmoney won't help you blaming you
    as the fully responsible person.

But the most dangerous thing is that a hacker can get credits using your account and you'll be
    charged for the return.

That means your risk is not limited to the sum you have on your wallets.

The ePassporte is dead and I need to find an alternative. PayPal doesn't work in my country. I am stuck with WebMoney. The worst thing is that many pages are not translated and I don't speak Russian.
I opened a Keeper Light account and I created a WMZ purse. I can use it for payments, but I am not sure how to withdraw money from it.

One option is wire transfer. Can somebody tell me how much they charge for processing fees. I found that is 0.8% + partners fees.
Can I order a debit card with Keeper Light? What is Personal Passport (Account) and do I need it to initiate wire transfer or order a debit card?

Also my passport expired few months ago. I read somewhere that I need to submit a valid copy of my passport.

I am sure that there are people like me who would appreciate any help with this.

There is bank transfer with minimum of $10,000. For smaller amounts you can use wire transfer. II would like to know what is the minimum for wire transfer and fees.

    Hey guys,

AlertPay can handle the online payout and payment needs you guys are looking for. I would be glad to answer any questions you may have, although, sign up is free and it won't take long before you see the ease at which the platform is used anyways. Ask away here or through a PM.

    Cheers
