Buying Link Builder(s)

I'm looking for a one or a couple of individuals to build backlinks for a site of mine.

You will Provide
Links that are themed - on topic to my site or closely related.
Link will be on pages that are indexed in Google.
Do follow Links
No directory submissions.
No social bookmarking ETC.
No spammy links
Daily document providing location of links.
No more then 10-15 links per person per day.
Long term commitment

I will Provide
The anchor text
A Pay of 10 cents a link, if you provide quality this may be bumped to a higher price per link.
Potential of profit is 30-45 dollars a month or more.

These terms are non-negotiable, any adjustment in pay will be at my sole discretion.
All payments will be made through PayPal.
