    Any idea of WebsitePing*com value?
    I think it is brandable and could be a kind of pingler or pingomatic.

    Yes it's better to develop it ..but did you check the trademark issue .
    I think ping.com is registered trademark..

    No Ping is not a trademark. It is a dictionary word.

    I think it holds average value (between $50-$400) because of just the name. Website Ping is a very unpopular market and because there is little commercial opportunity, it won't fetch much. I advise you create the opportunity to make the market worth more, or do something other than a simple (and low profitability) website.

    My thoughts are trying to create a service which checks the ping rate of a website and determines where it is the fastest in the world.
