help on paypal USA

hello, i want to make paypal account india, but i dont have pan card...
so can we make usa paypal and verify my card ?

 

I'll suggest you to get a PAN card, it is easy and cheap. Only costs around 100.00. You can apply online here..

 

you mean a fake one? then what would would you do, once paypal limited your account?

There is not any age restriction for getting a pan card.

But if you are less then 18 then you can not open paypal account..

It is only for Indians, And if your communication address is outside India, then you have to pay around Rs.744 i.e. $16

 

my friend had an Indian paypal but after it got limited, he couldn't lift the limitation, because paypal needed pan, so you mean that he can have his paypal again?
or if an Indian wanna open an Indian paypal, he can purchases the pan bye paying $16?

 

use VCC, it can verify your paypal account like mine...

 

I guess you can not verify Indian account just bye vcc and you also need pan.

There is no age limit for pan , even 10 year olds can make it.

 

Even 1 day old child can get pan card, Current record is 49 days
