Well i thought i would ask that here.. Anyways i am promoting a really strong keyword and trying to thinks about strategies. I thought about - making squeedo lances - 1 edu blog post and gov blogs and then another normal WP 1 /2 , then making around 10-20 2.0 web pages. and blast the 2.0 with shitty low level links. and link this web 2.0 pages to the upper level of the - squeedo, .edu.gov. and the normal wp page. and then blast these 4 with some forum profiles linkwheels . and and then links these 4 authority website to my own website using my prime keyword. and regardless then that . then i will submit articles randomly with links to all 3 levels. Anyone with more ideas ?

Never heard of linkvana but you will get results if you get quality content and have high PR links coming back to your sites. Keep it natural and don't rely too much on any submission software.
You should use Do-follow sites For directory submission, social bookmarking, article submission, press release and forum posting. This will help your website to a great extent for achieving high traffic and better ranking. Choose right keywords according to your website make sure there would be meta tags and meta keywords in your website related to your site theme.
