    vimeo keeps the original file that you submitted online, so you don't have to link to a flash file that was re-encoded from your original... the picture quality of the original is much better.

    Youtube for the amount of content
    Revver for the quality and $$ (I've made $65+ in about 5 days :D)
    Guba for the quality and reasonable speed
    Daily Motion for all the Copyright material that is on there (Family Guy!)
    Divx Stage 6 for the UNBELIEVABLE quality

    No you can not. If I see a video on youtube that I have to have, I will just google it and 99.999% of the time I can find it elsewhere. If you really need to download it and you can't find it anywhere else, you can use a screen capture program like FRAPS to do so.
