    i have paid him but there was some confusion regarding payment. I send my unique paypal transaction id too.

    But he said that payment didnt reach him

    So just a word of caution, though I can understand that such things can happen. But still who knows for sure.

    I will post here as soon as i get the package delivered so that new ppl can order more packages but till then kindly withhold.

    Ok now he accepted that the payment has been made and it was a confusion of names.
    So I think he is not a scamster and it was just a simple confusion.
