I've been blog commenting for couple days and I was wondering if nofollow comments with anchor text "abc" actually help for SERP of search term "abc"
I don't think nofollow will help for you. Anyway try to post comments on dofollow blogs. It will definitely help for you. Don't try to post in same ip. Try to purchase some c class ip and post quality comment on that dofollow blog. Definitely it will helps in your serps
depends a mix of dofollow and nofollow backlinks might make your website look more natural to google and other search engines
They won't directly help you with SERPs. However they may help you get more traffic and if you get more traffic you increase the chances of your visitors giving you a link which does help you in SERPs.
Nofollow back links can't help in SERP. They can help in traffic only. place your links on dofollow blogs.
mix of do follow and no follow effect your ranking. Coz it looks natural if you only do do follow commenting then its look fishy
If you have a site on which you need people opinion then " no follow " is the best feature that you can use.
nofollow links will not help you on PageRank but will help you on SERP It's an approved result. If you do not see your SERP change, it might because you do not have enough back links, your niche is cool or your comments do not get picked up by google yet/
It will help you if you will comment with appropriate word and use the same keyword in anchor also...
Any mentioning about your site will help you in SERPs, weather it's dofollow, nofollow or partialfollow dofollow will help more, but it's better for ranking to have both.
Generally most would agree that no follow will not aid your seo. However, some of the best websites around are no follow, such as many Gov, Media websites, and if you can get a link from one of those sources, it does benefit you. As with any backlinks, make sure you use anchortext to highlight the keyword/url you want to improve.
