    Colleen,

I have 3 sites with a PR4 and have been trying to get one to a PR 5 for over 2 years! I don't think there is a way of telling, but I believe 2 of the sites are very close to a PR5.

There are several people who claim it is easy to get a PR5, but I haven't found this to be true. I have found that certain types of categories, have higher PR in general.

For example their are many webmaster sites that have high PR 5, PR 6 and above with link exchange programs.

In golf sites, it is very hard to find reciprocal, 3 way, or even convince for a non standard exchange, with a PR 5 or above. Yes there are some PR5 sites, but very few if any PR6 sites that will exchange links. (I am just saying, it is easier in certain categories to get a higher PR).

I have been told by a person who owns 4; PR5 sites, that the key to getting high PR, is focusing on high PR link exchanges. If you have a PR4, only exchange with PR4 and above (look for your link on their page with few outgoing links). This takes time, but seems to get your PR up and running quickly.

I have found one thing that is true: It is easy for me to get a PR4. But on one of my sites, once I got a PR3, I started exchanging with all sites (related or not) with all different PR's. Many in my same field that were new (so PR would come in the future). I had a very hard time getting to PR4. Bottom line: Exchange only with sites that are closely related, and have the same PR of more than your site. Once you get the PR5, then you can open your link exchanges up. (On another site I was able to get a PR4 with just 2 great link exchanges). Another words, the lower quality link exchanges seem to have a dampening effect.

Once again: Just my 5 years of experience speaking. Your experience may be different.

Best way of improving your PR is by getting quality backlinks from authority sites in your niche, as well as having updated quality content

Ur website structure is gud, but some modification in Meta tag, plz update the meta tag and then after take relevant backlinks from another sites and promote the site also through SMO and got traffic. Backlinks + Visitors has major factor for PR

Use lots of meta keyword tags. Use it WITH Commas. Make sure you don't repeat the same word more than 3 times in a row. Google only indexes the first 101K of the document - so don't use TOO many.

Make sure you include at least one link to Google. They need quality traffic as well. Don't be greedy and hog it all to yourself. This can do wonders for your pages. Remember - Google may be going public soon - so the more traffic you send them the better.
