Proxy Webmaster Forum

Please review my newly made proxy webmaster forum and tell me your opinion on its design and features you consider i should add besides the iTrader.

Looks like plain Jane Doe forum template. And then, from looks of it, you can't tell what type of forum it is. It didn't get much of my attention... I think intro page may fix that...

I linked directly to the forum because i am looking for a forum review. I would like to know if it looks too dark, if the red menu background is more or less a "disturbing" color for a forum in your opinion, and other similar aspects.

 

First off, .com would have been even better.I too agree that there is something pretty inappropriate with the color combination of the forum. Instead of using totally white, I'd suggest you to use some other color in light. Also, make the logo pretty catchy and informative if possible. And sorry but I must say I'm not impressed with the homepage too as it seems like yet another spammy site (just being honest, don't take me otherwise). Hope this would help!

 

Yes, a .com perhaps would have been better but this was one of my proxy websites and because of the traffic, i kept it and made a proxy list on it so, the home page is just a proxy list like any other, where people find web-proxies.

Anyway thanks! I`ll think of a less brighter body color for the forum and see what i can do with the logo

If there are any more opinions regarding the forum ( as a forum made for proxy webmasters ) , please let me know.

I like it, But you're Using Quite a well used forum theme.
They become quite boring...

change the background color is too bright in my opinion. placement is good, and a cool forum.

 

I actually had a vBulletin installed with a theme i made and for which i asked the review, but then i decided to convert this forum to MyBB. Anyway, thanks! I`ll keep that in mind

 

I think it looks dull. Needs a lot to livin it up. Try adding more background color then just black and gray. Maybe brighter colors will livin it up.

 

It is not supposed to be a fun forum, but a forum for proxy webmasters and that is why i added a clean look. Anyway, i`ll keep this in mind too and perhaps i`ll modify it whenever i`ll get the time, or better yet, i`ll just add an option for users to change the themes.

The review i asked for, was for a vBulletin design i made, before shifting to MyBB.

I like the Clean Design,but i definitely like VBulletin Forums better.

Perhaps i`ll shift back to vB latter on, if it will get a lil` busy.

Anyway, i guess i should have mentioned that it is a revenue share forum so, if any proxy webmaster wants to join, dont forget to add your AdSense ID in your profile before posting.
