    Reg Fees in my opinion. Yes it is an exact product name. But very few exact searches with exact 4 keywords, high competition and your extension is .org

    Zero for TM infringement. Developed = worse than $0 because then you'll be proving malicious intent to capitalize on a trademarked term.
