Blog page vs Web page which is best for SEO

    I have a website which I have wordpress built into it and wondered which way to go on building the site, should I go for more web pages or more blogs so my SEO improves ?

    As I understand your question, there is no difference for SEO. The only difference is that blog posts are better for RSS and comments.

    Blog's usually do better since there is more unique content and it's updated more often.
