when i try to use ftp upload i got this messege

" Your bandwidth usage is restricted "

what does that mean ?

 

It means that upload speed is limited to 1.5 Mb/s

 

banjowood i'm not saying the current plans should go,i am saying that a third option may be useful to some,that doesnt mean you cant keep being on the 60 % PPS

 

my normal file upload is not working , pls help me out

can someone tell me why some of my files give me a page that say:

"You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download or contact us in case of problem"
