How to do off page submission? Is nofollow site Meanigless or helpful?

I am doing my off page submission in directory, article, bookmarking and doing forum posting. I come across one issue that in some forum i found that submitting website in nofollow site is meaning less, they suggested to do submission in dofollow list. Really they are right or wrong? If any one have suggestion then please share here. Or if any one have Dofollow list of directory and bookmarking sites then please share here.

Thanks andrewbernes! Is there any software available which can easily find do follow or no follow sites. I am finding manually by checking all links with rel="follow" or rel="nofollow", This method is taking too much time. Can you have any more idea. Now I will concentrate on natural link building with all do follow sites.

 

there are tons of plugins that will highlight the dofollow/nofollow links in different colors.

But do not get caught up in the nofollow/dofollow craze.

If you have thousands of dofollow links only...this will look very unnatural!

there is no need to check . all directory sites are no follow. in article sites , you need to get a link in resource box. press releases are do follow and you just need to ensure in blog commenting because most of the software now use no follow attribute in comment spamming.

Yes i think no follow can certainly help you to drag traffic.

 

Nofollow links are meaningless if you'd like to gain some PR, if you need to do qualitative SEO - they are valuable also. But there should be wise % of them.
You can't deny nofollow links, because search engines need naturalness. And of course if you need a traffic, you can't deny them also.

 

Nofollow is not completely meaningless it is meaning full. Meaning full in terms of other search engine. Only google is search engine who don't generate backlink which is nofollow but there are other search engine which generates backlink even it is nofollow. Only advice is try to generate backlink as much as you can.

 

even so the no-follow are meaningless Google do see them at this point of time and no one really know how it calculate the weight of them, its all about looking natural for it.

 

Agree Again....I am also preferring to build nofollow links because most of sites (High PR ) provide no follow links.
You can get number of visitors from that links.

 

You get benefit of page rank of do follow links but you can also get traffic from no follow links. So, it is not meaningless.

Nofollow links are not count as a back link, if you done those only for bring traffic.
