ping many sites, does anybody know how?

    i have a many sites (actually list of sites) i want to ping, does anybody know a tool or a site in which i can use to ping them all and not come across each one alone?

    I love Pingmyblog. And Pingninja. But I use some other ones as well. It doesn't take so much time, after all, so I don't mind.
