ATTENTION I need some Complete Infos regarding how to generate AVS-VCC & VBA . All this time I use VCC NON AVS but now its useless and I need to move on to AVS-VCC n see if it works. Honestly. I've been stung by PayPal many times in the past by using VCC's and such ... if you're trying to create an American PayPal Account, then your account will only ever be bulletproof until you've made purchases with your Bank, your Credit Card, and most importantly inserted a Social Security Number. PayPal will win - that, I can assure you. It's not my business to question your motives as to why you want to create a fake PayPal Account, but I'll let PayPal speak for themselves. If you want an extremely strong Virtual Credit Card that passes the Address Verification System, then the best to date is Virtual Visa Gift Cards; do a search and you'll have plenty of results. One great supplier is Simon's Gift's Card - but you have to purchase them using an American Credit Card. Either way, I've warned you. PayPal will win - and don't say I didn't tell you so! I knew about simons but unfortunately I dont have any american express since im not U.S resident, if you know any info about other good provider that provide similar service like simon please let me know? fyi Actually I dont use it to create PayPal fake acc or related with paypal, all I know ordinary vcc from e******y is no longer usable for my need. I am using real bank account and cc and yet i keep getting my account limited,and each time they ask for another proof. (they asked me for ssn,credit check to match address, then scanned documents,now asking me for bank statement,photo ID,and now even greencard and invoices from suppliers!...sucks Im saying so you can see that you will get in trouble not being able to provide info later even though if you have your account working in the beginning.

As I said Im not using it (AVS-VCC) for PayPal Reason, but another purpose that require vcc that supported AVS. Anyone if you know how to make it yourself and interested to get paid please PM me, I will pay you, I only use it for Personal Use, not for re-sell, thank you!
