A Image Ad Followed by Google Ad...OK?

I wanted to display an image ad followed by a google ad it that ok?

By that I mean that i wanted to display a leaderboard by ValueClick, and then directly under it I wanted to display a Google Adsense leaderboard.

Is that okay? Thanks for the help!

 

It is okie to display adsense under images, but you need to have a clear and distinctive border between images and ads.

so are you saying example 2 is appropriate only or are both examples okay?

 

I think it is fine, but still confirm it with adsense support team, before you make that live.

 

Both are fine. I've seen that so many times. You can confirm with Adsense Support team just like what Imran said.
