I was first come first served because I OWN THIS DOMAIN, THE SELLER DOES NOT!

The domains this seller is listing are EXPIRING DOMAINS available for REGISTRATION FEE on Name.com. The seller does not own the domains and hence the 12 hour sale time - the domains this seller lists are the domains expiring within 24 hours.

SCAM. You are not allowed to sell domains you do not own. I hope not too many DP'ers have been caught out by this scam.

    Ouch. That hurts.

Strangely enough, nobody here felt being scammed by me. Everyone is happy.

Possibly because your buyers did not know what you were selling and that is possibly because you didnt tell them? Buyers have put their trust in you and you are treating DP members like fools (who aren't checking the domains properly themselves perhaps but, if they use simple checks like whois then that gives false readings for expired domains). You should have been honest. I bet if every one of your buyers knew that they had paid you say $17 for a domain that you didnt have any right to sell them and that they could have bought for reg fee ($10) then they wouldn't be quite as happy as you make out.

I'm not here to argue. You are listing MY DOMAIN for sale, I'm sure you can understand my annoyance. Apart from anything else, you have now taken my domain name to #3 in the google rankings, first page too - THIS THREAD. My new domain is now #3 as a domain for sale on digitalpoint. By listing these domains for sale on digitalpoint you are depreciating from their value before a buyer even gets to own them and ripping DP members off along the way.
