170 is Page eCPM. Page eCPM is generated from the following formula. it is not actual earning, if it is high, its mean you are using good niche. eCPM = (Earnings / Page Impressions) * 1000 eCPM = (2.04 / 12) * 1000 eCPM =170

No, you are misunderstanding the eCPM. eCPm is based on your current status to calculate the earning on 1000 impression. Now you are getting 1 click from 12 impression, eCPM is estimate you are getting 83 clicks on 1000 impression, and you will earn total $170 from the 83 click or say that estimate you are getting average $2.04 per click
Maybe Google is just feeling generous? I got over $20 yesterday and there were quite a few $3 clicks in that, but it is my first day ever I've had more than 10,000 impressions in one day. This month I think sets some record for me for days with over $10 earnings. We just had to change webhosts because our traffic was getting a bit on the high side.
