    Personally I have found that selling coupons is a great way to get easy feedback. I list them for .99 cents each(free entry fee on ebay) and then email the winners the codes once they have won. It is a great way to get easy feedback with little to no effort and make a few bucks doing it. I have never checked if doing what I do is technically against their TOS so I would check that before you start.

    its just a great way o show people that you are a real seller and that you offer the best services that they can find on ebay and thats all this is about make sure you stay abouve 99.5% good or they will close down your ebay

    If you want to fast feedback from buyer then you should provide them services which will attract them to give their feedback faster. You can provide them discount coupon if they provide their feedback within the given range time, you can also provide services like free shipping on their next purchase. All this will attract them to provide their feedback faster.
