Not at all. I am interested in looking for a designer for a network of sites I'm planning to create. I prefer people with long-term experiences.

However, I only select the designers based on their portfolio and rates. Your rate was covered on first post, but your portfolio seems to be missing.
I wouldn't want to pay a user who claims 15 year experience and get a result of a 1-day microsoft paint web design.
