    Hello All,

I am doing Seo for last 3 Year, But i have Confusion About Google cache..Many Time I have see some issue in Google Cache..

    Example-
I have Check Google cache of my Website on 18 Sep and Google Shows 6 September cache date....i have regularly check Google cache and after few days on 25 Sep Google Shows cache date 13 Sep..

My Question is that If Website has been cached on 13 Sep then Why i am not able to see it cached on 18 to 24 Sep.

It's due to Google data center updation or something else...

All answers and suggestion would be highly appreciated...

This basically happens because google is having different data centers from all across the world. Now when google crawl your site it updates your cached date but all data centers are not having the same info at a time.

When you check cached date using Google tool bar then it fetches the result from nearest data center and if the data is not updated by that time then you will find the old one.

Have you looked in Google supplementary index for your new content? what happens is sometimes your updated content gets flagged and put into supplemental index due to content changing to dramatically or to much linking etc...
