i think the most reliable ads is adword but it is a bit expensive. however u will still get around 1-5 cent per click which is really cheap if you could make it a good conversion from it.

Why CPM ? isn't better with CPC ? what kind of website are you going to be advertised? for mobile site should try MobGold, they are relatively new, so your money will be well spend. for website, bigger player like AdSense would be the ideal, compared to others.
I'm trying all the options. I want to invest money equally in all the ads types and see how others are performing and so that I can invest more on the succesful methods

Ah alright, so it was just a test market. what CPM do you use ? do Admob, MobGold offers CPM or just they just offer CPC ?
If you are going to get traffic for your affiliate website then earn money by selling products, i suggest you to pay a bit more and use Adsense, Adbrite and Bidvertiser. As they are the best and you will not loss your money. Cheap networks usually don't have worthy traffic and you waste your money by using them. Its my own idea.
