You cant really get results with SEO quickly, unless you have a lot of money and time to spend on a lot of quality content and backlinks. The best way is to go slowly but steadily. And the best way for me was article marketing. Submit article to article directories with your link (your keyword as anchor text). If you find an Expired domain that was used to be in your niche, you can buy that domain and redirect traffic to your site. But, again the trick is to find domains that were in your niche and were getting good traffic.
SEO is not a one day work. There is no shortcut. You always need quality back links to beat the competitors.
SEO is a slow process. Do it right from the beginning and be patient, you will be glad in the long run
SEO takes time but you can get good visitors if you get your keywords on first page, I will not say hard keywords but keywords with low competition and traffic can be promote in quick time, Just use keywords in title and description in on Page, and in off page use link building techniques, don't try too hard, some times too much effort is also harmful for SEO.
