Sending money from india to usa.

Hi everyone

can anyone suggest good way to send money from india to usa. company only accepts check,cash or wire.

so what are the best way to send cash? western union? xoom?

or i should opt for wires or check?

take help from your relations who lives in USA, they can pay for you, and you can pay INR here. u got it.

 

there are many ways to send money from india to usa i think xoom should work and also paypal and other shall work.

 

Western union would be the easyest way I belive, it aint secure but tho which transfer is if not by paypal or other service as such.

 

Yes, western union or moneygram (but you'll pay alot in fees) is good, and I like the idea of using paypal to transfer the money, but have you thought about ICICI Outward Remittance? Its supposed to be the fastest way.

 

According to Reserve bank of India rules, you cannot use services like Western Union, Ikobo, Xoom & MoneyGram to send money from India to abroad. You can receive money in India using these services but cannot send money out of India.
You have only 2 options
1) Wire Transfer
2) Foreign Currency Demand Draft
