Hi Guys,

I have been running a blog called Khaopiyo.com for quite some time now.

I recently got an offer for the domain name. I am contemplating whether to hold on to it and develop it in the future when I have the right resources or to sell it now.

Please let me know what your views on this name are and what you think I should be getting for it.

Khao Piyo means Eat and Drink in Hindi/Urdu and is understood widely in the sub-continent.

you can only sell it according to the value of website.
multiple the monthly income by 10 to get a rough idea.

 

Thanks! I have an offer of XXXXUSD of it from an end user. And the monthly income at the moment isn't even in the XXUSD range.

I suppose its a personal decision I would have to make, if I want to go run a portal or give up on those plans.

You are very right about there being a big difference between an actual offer and a sale.

I have accepted the buyers offer but lets see if it converts into a sale.
